You can penetrate topics analytically on an abstract level and look at the product through the eyes of the users with the goal of transforming the use of our marketplace into an experience? Then you've come to the right place!

Your tasks – this is what awaits you in detail
  • You support the product teams during planning, execution and analysis process of qualitative and quantitative user research activities
  • You organize on-site and remote usability labs (based on prototypes) and other user research activities, prepare questionnaires and test scenarios independently
  • You work together with product teams to derive actionable recommendations from the user research activities
  • You spread knowledge about how to plan and execute user research within the company and coach colleagues in conducting user interviews
  • You steadily work on improving and expanding the set of research methods

Your profile – this is what we expect from you
  • You have profound experience in qualitative and quantitative user research activities (e.g., user interviews, market analysis, online surveys, A/B testing, rapid prototyping and heuristic analysis)
  • You have an in-depth expertise in UX methods and a comprehensive understanding of customer-centric agile product development
  • You have a good understanding of statistical methods and a distinct capability of analytical thinking
  • You have a proactive mindset, enjoy taking on responsibility and transferring knowledge
  • You feel confident in giving presentations and working with stakeholders to understand complex requirements
  • You speak German on a native level
