Our team in Darmstadt develops innovative solutions for our Onlineshop/Marketplace. We are looking for an outgoing, hyper-organised team assistant to run our lives and office: Your job is to be the beating heart of the Tech Hub and ensure everything runs smoothy. Do you enjoy organizing and coordinating and keep your finger on the pulse of a continuously growing and changing tech-environment? Your tasks - this is what awaits you in detail

  • As a well-organised team player you are able to support us in areas of diverse administrative and organisational tasks
  • You are responsible for procurement and you enjoy improving our amenities
  • You are engaged in organising and hosting regular Team Events and Meetups
  • You are not afraid of taking full responsibility over general maintenance inquiries such as travel- and calendar organisation, accounting and other administrative duties
  • You take responsibility from day 1 and you like working in an international and interdisciplinary team

Your profile - this is what we expect from you

  • Solid experience in similar roles (e.g. EA, PA, administration, events or office management) or comparable educational background
  • Affinity to organize and coordinate
  • Ability to keep cool even if it gets hectic and to maintain a trustworthy and autonomous operation
  • Ability to prioritise activities and managing dinamically changing schedules
  • Affinity to work with digital tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English
  • Driving licence
