Our tasks – this is what awaits you in detail

  • You support our agile development teams with the planning and execution of qualitative and quantitative user research activities
  • You organize Usability labs for user interviews (based on prototypes), prepare questionnaires and test scenarios independently
  • You work together with colleagues on concrete recommendations for improving the usability for customers on our website
  • You spread knowledge about how to plan and execute user research within the company and coach colleagues in conducting user interviews
  • You steadily work on improving and expanding our set of research methods

Your profile – this is what we expect from you

  • You have completed a degree or have equivalent qualifications in the field of market research/ psychology, media sciences, communication design or similar
  • You have profound experience (several years) in qualitative and quantitative user research activities (e.g., user interviews, market analysis, online surveys, A/B testing, rapid prototyping and heuristic analysis)
  • You have an in-depth expertise in UX methods and a comprehensive understanding of customer-centric agile product development
  • You have a good understanding of statistical methods and a distinct capability of analytical thinking
  • You have a proactive mindset, enjoy taking on responsibility and transferring knowledge
  • You feel confident in giving presentations and working with stakeholders to understand complex requirements
  • German on a native level
