Your tasks – this is what awaits you in detail

• You are responsible for the economic development of the real food shop and you act as the interface between the development team and the stakeholders
• You work out requirements based on market and customer analyses, e-commerce trends and the needs of the specialist departments - from analysis and specification to development support, acceptance of results and performance measurement
• You assess the economics and priority of your requirements, supported by the planning and evaluation of KPIs and A/B tests
• You create and communicate transparent reports about relevant KPIs (velocity, story points etc...)
• You act as a communicative interface between management and stakeholders on the one hand and the development team on the other and are able to communicate with all parties at eye level

Your profile – this is what we expect from you

• You have sound experience as a product owner or product manager in the development of e-commerce solutions
• You are experienced in the determination, evaluation and specification of requirements, right up to the supervision of implementation, success evaluation and further development
• You have strong communication, moderation and coordination skills and are experienced in working with different departments
• You are distinguished by a very high degree of analytical competence and a sound understanding of e-commerce systems and e-commerce business processes
• You have know-how in using agile development methods like Scrum, Kanban and OKRs
• Very good communication skills in German and English round off your profile
