Your tasks – this is what awaits you in detail

  • You support the management of digital projects
  • You enjoy working with different disciplines such as Product, UX, Design and Engineering and are convinced that the best results come from close cooperation between the disciplines
  • You pragmatically shape the agile culture within our projects and visibly embody it
  • You provide continuous improvements and knowledge transfer within the teams by applying lean methodologies
  • You analyze existing digital products and identify future opportunities for our growing marketplace
  • You identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas to improve customer experience

Your profile – this is what we expect from you

  • You gained first relevant experiences in lean and/or product management (ideally in a cross-functional product/software development environment)
  • You understand technically minded employees, designers, departments and managers - through your strong communication skills, you lead heterogeneous teams and diverse stakeholders to success
  • You possess customer-centric thinking and are experienced in product development from discovery to delivery
  • You bring a high affinity for digital trends and technologies with the knowledge of which topics drive companies around digital transformation
  • You convince us with your proactive and structured personality with a hands-on and analytical mindset
  • You enjoy working in an international, english-speaking team
